Service Contract: Missed Schedule Fee
All services and fees provided by Brands That Bloom are non-refundable. Once services are scheduled, tasks and payments are locked in. Failure to provide 72 hours' notice to reschedule the scope of work will result in forfeiture of the payment made. Brands That Bloom operates on a scheduled service plan; failure to be prepared for the scheduled date means the inability to schedule another paying client for a future time slot, necessitating rescheduling of your service. Failure to provide all required items or respond to emails/messages before the scheduled date is the client's responsibility for missing the service appointment, and no refund will be issued for the missed service. To reschedule a missed service, payment for the service must be made again prior to completion, or a rescheduling fee based on the service is required to reschedule in the next available time block.
Our operating hours are M-F from 9am to 4pm EST, unless otherwise scheduled discussed and agreed upon.
